The location of the Comfort Inn is very good with shopping just around the corner and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are lovely and the facilities in the hotel are perfect. Great Hotel.

I liked the 50s decor touches the best .... the downtown location was also appealing.

Due to our late check-in, we were not able to get the queen bed but was upgraded to a double room that had a refrigerator and microwave, making it even more convenient for us. Comfort Inn's distance from the hotel in which our conference was held was ideal (no more than a $5 cabfare). The staff was very professional.

While the rooms were a bit small, they still included absolutely everything you'd normally have in a room (just without all the empty space). The location is perfect, the atmosphere is warm, the breakfast was great, and they had coffee available all day.

I was in a party of 5. Our suite was excellent, except if you are going to have 5 people in a room, please provide 5 towels, we did not have enough to start off the stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast foods and cleanliness of the display. Everyone was very helpful. We would stay here again, location and price were very good.

Central location - same block as the pizzeria that invented the Chicago Deep Pan pizza, and opposite "Pops for Champagne" - best jazz bar in town. Five blocks to the Chicago River and The Loop and just 15 mins walk along Ohio St to the lake shore at Navy Pier. Hotel was clean, warm and quite stylish. I had a "winter deal" that made it cheap.

Free internet was nice, but I had to speak to their IT support to get it to work for my Acer Aspire (Linux-based) web-book. The reception staff didn't know about it - it works OK first-off for Windows and Mac they said.

The location (the neighborhood is very pleasant, especially at night. Much more lively than areas in the Loop.) The breakfast. The Jacuzzi + sauna in the basement.

The room was better than we expected, the breakfast was good, easygoing and relaxed. very good position in the city. Also positive is that they have a gym.

the staff was not always receptive, asked for separate beds; but did not get them.

The pull out bed was exceptionally uncomfortable - I don't expect muchfrom them but the one in our room was worse than usual.
