The room was amazing and very clean. I was there with my daughter and her friend and my friend for the one direction concert, loved the set up of the room and felt very safe and comfortable. Access to the rail was simple and easy and staff at front desk were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was a little scarce even at 8:30, do need to put more coffee in the rooms for more then one person. Overall it was a great experience and we would gladly return.
all reviews » I liked the spaciousness and the full kitchen in our suite. We had a family Thanksgiving -- turkey and all! The front desk staff ad problems with our reservations, due to a complicated change to one of our two rooms. Dana went out of her way to make things right! Her friendly attitude makes us want to come back. Very pleasant atmosphere, comfortable bed, walk-in closet, lots of outlets, including usb. Free internet and parking, nice décor. Breakfast had limited selections but included hot food and was definitely better then in many other budget hotels. Dana was very helpful, friendly, and able to give clear directions to places we wanted to go. The hotel was like a condo with a full kitchen, living room with a fireplace and even a washer and dryer in the unit. Staff assistance and friendliness Washer and dryer in room Breakfast included Ability to have our dogs with us at great rate (cheaper than boarding) Grill on patio Full kitchen in room Water pressure in shower. Everything! Staff was wonderful. The included breaksfast was good. Very good location right off the highway close to shops. One of the most comfortable places I have stayed. These are basically condos, it is located in a condo complex. Therefore it offers more privacy than a regular hotel, and a more home-away-from-home feeling. Great value too!. The suite was spacious, relaxing, fireplace gave it that extra touch, staff always friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning whenever in Denver. I loved the room, or should I say apartment because that's what it was. I wanted to move in and live there! You couldn't beat the price, either!. The bed was big and very comfortable. Did not like that fact that if someone wants to pay in cash they have to pay an additional $200 in cash , very upsetting. I typically use cash when traveling but for safety reasons do not carry that much on me, that was frustrating. Maintenance needs to be done. The furniture and carpets need a good shampooing, and one dining chair was broken. Also, the walk up three floors to our apartment was a good test of two older adults who live at sea level. There is no elevator and it's hard to get to the 3rd, or even the 2nd floor with luggage. At time of registration, the receptionist at the front desk was polite, very professional and told me everything I needed to know, but was not cordial. There was a different front desk person at check out time - and she was very cordial and made me feel like I was her personal guest. Sorry I did not get her name. The hot tub was broken the entire week we were there. The food could have been better. Hot tub not operational Requested maid service once during our 10-day stay and they didn't clean our room during the time we requested. nothing. No breakfast on Sunday. It was quite far away from downtown. Worse was the hot tub wasn't working!. Parking very limited first night. Stairs (not great, but not horrible) Breakfast was mediocre. Smokers on Clubhouse patio. The complimentary breakfast served in the morning was pretty bad. But I can't complain too much as it was complimentary. The room was a bit small for two people to move around easily. However, the very affordable room rate more than made up for that slight inconvenience. hideabed was super uncomfortable, kids had to sleep upside down room was definately older, tv etc but had been upgraded. only bedside table on one side of the bed. The only negative was the fact there was no elevator, and our room was on the third floor. Difficult bringing suitcases up and down. The stairs. Nothing I didn't like. If there is a hot tub on the premises, I didn't see it -- and I'd always prefer a hot tub. No elevator to the 3rd floor. old carpet,non smoking room but smelled of smoke, small closet tucked in tight corner. snow on painted walks were very very slippery. not aware that there were no elevators. No elevators. Tight parking. That the hot tub was broken, no adult time for pool. Breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner, no one was checking to see if food was out. It took 20 min to get eggs that were totally empty when we arrived at 8:15am. The desk clerk could not give accurate directions to hotel. Bed was alittle hard for me, but did not keep me from sleeping. Nothing. I didn't like that the breakfast didn't go till 10:00 and I don't like you adding gay-friendly to the above choices. pictures and actual room very different. poor quality televisions. no flat screen. sofa bed springs coming thru thin mattress. furniture old and worn out. should have been discounted for the whole stay since it wasn't a premium room. There was just a door in between rooms and we where able to heard the people next door and they where cooking too. breakfast was poor, no elevator, lots of steps, room was spartan, wifi was poor,. Woefully understaffed. No housekeeping on weekends. Rooms are poorly insulated for sound. Door to our room was hard to close properly. Mattress was too firm. We booked a suite with adjoining rooms with our adult children. They messed that up and we ended up on different floors. We and two others waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. We were there around 5:00pm. My son's room on the 2nd floor had a cockroach in their room. The unit was on the third floor with no elevator and my wife is handycapped and this made it difficalt for her. We did ask for a bottom floor, but when we got there they were all taken. They could have saved one since we did check in a day ahead of our actual arrival. Also the carpet was not the cleanest and there was lacking in utensils for a unit with a full kitchen. Hard to find, part of a condo project. Stairs--no elevator!! Had to schlep my suitcases up 3 flights of outdoor stairs to get to my room at 10:30 in the evening. I would not recommend this to business travelers or women travellig alone. Backbreaking!. The room was small, the fridge froze my food and the control knob was broken off, the air only worked part of the time, no maid service for the weekend, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs to room, and there was no staff available and doors where locked when I needed to check out on Sunday morning.
