It was clean and the check in was friendly and fast. We had a great room for a great price and my dogs were welcome and comfortable. The view was great and after business, was a nice place to relax. We had a great view of the river. Nothing to compare to resorts we stay in for vacation but very nice for a short term business stay. It was close to groceries and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the staff courteous, and the view of the river was really nice. It was a great value for the money. Water pressure was good, water was hot, heater/air worked great, and the suite was a very good size.
all reviews » I thought the suite was OK on the river. Nice view. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. Never heard anything. For the money, the location was perfect. locatiion near Laughlin and you allow pets. so many (all of Laughlin except Riverside) won't let us bring our dog. and Riverside costs too much. Pool was nice with nice view of river. Rooms were comfortable and slept comfortably. Fridge, Tv, microwave and wifi were available in the room. Beautiful view. Ducks by the pool. Gigantic room, a true suite. Very comfortable. Good location for the city. Nice sized patio. The ladies in the office were so friendly and the office is very homey feeling. They make you feel welcomed. Location - It was a fair prce for what we paid for. The staff was very polite and helpful. For my needs the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and for the most part helpful. Cost, convenience to where I needed to go, clean, quiet and comfortable. View of the Colorado River. everything was great. The kitchenette. Location, the room was cute. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly Easy to find and enter with ample parking. The only nice site was the pool area. Sofa bed...not comfortable but it was a sofa bed most are not comfortable. the wind, but you can't control that HA. Check in process was long, they would only give us one key per room. Asked about pets way too many times, just weird. I wish we would have been able to book our other nights with the The Lodge instead of having to head into Laughlin. At this price, no complaint. My tv did not work on the first day and each shift I reported it too seemed like it was first time they were hearing it. Had this problem been taken care of immediately my rating would have been much higher. The day manager said that she would transfer me if they had extra room but I only wanted my tv working which did not occur til 2nd day. To the benefit of the manager she did let me check in 2 hours early and that was fantastic. No access to river, one counter person was not so friendly, there was a strange noise coming from the plumbing (I think), air conditioner would get loud at times, very annoying when you are trying to sleep and tv remote very hard to work. air conditioning unit going off and on so much. maybe thermostat should be on other side of room from ac.?. There was not anything to complain about it was fabulous. Ducks in the pool made us change our mind about taking an evening swim. nothing. I would rate the quality as 2 to 2.5 star. Floors were so dirty when I walked around with bare feet dust and dirt stuck to the bottom of my feet. Yuck!. Shower underwhelming No amenities other than fridge & TV Stained sheets. I had to request towels be put in the room and the batteries were dead in the tv remote. the beds seem to small for queens and they were very springy. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, it had mold in it. They only had one ice machine that I could see and it was at the other end of the motel and it was locked. amenities. It was filthy I had pet friendly room. Carpet filthy, the phone was filthy and disgusting, the fridge had either black mood or black dirt on shelves. Worst hotel for clean I've stayed in. Hotels should all tile pet friendly rooms but no excuse for that room!. The pool was very dirty with bird poop in it. I did not see any spa. We were not given a map with the location of anything. There was no coffee pot in the room. Demeanour of staff , found offhand. Not much it seemed and looked like a low budget motel.the room was dirty. the resevation was wrong.had to go back down stairs to change it. my request was not filled.and I was not informed that they would be able to give me what i asked for.so that could change hotels.you don't find out intill you get to the hotel.
