*Rooms were even nicer than the pictures! 1St time i've had that happening! They were immaculate and so modern and sleek my wife and I absolutely adored it! *The service was top notch literally like The Ritz. Actually wen I mentioned it to the housekeeper she told me she did work in the ritz! Lol. I arrived in middle of the night and the housekeeper was very courteous and patient. *I loved the continental breakfast that was served daily to our room where we were able to enjoy it in the privacy .
all reviews » I have always been buying lots of things on the internet and for the first time I can say "what you see in the pictures are exactly what you´ll get", so the rooms are very nice and well decorated, like you see in the pics. Extremely friendly staff. Not so far from Manhatan (20-30 min by subway), and the place is a few blocks away from the subway station. I paid 100 bucks from the Newark airport to the hotel, so my advise is, rent a car because there are plenty of free street parking spaces on t. The size of our suite was a major plus. Rather than feeling claustrophobic in a small hotel room we got this spacious suite furnished with so many comforts like leather sofa. And large table chairs flat screen tv with a lot of channels. Spotless marble floors and tall ceilings , glass doors leading to a private garden made us feel like we were in a private villa in france Breakfast was delivered to our door started off our day great. Service was friendly and the neighborhood safe. The subway wa. This is becoming my de facto place when coming to nyc for business Every time I come here I find that the experience is getting better. The staff is very attentive to all my needs. Space in NYC is a luxury. It's amazing to get a nice living room and amenities like a full size fridge at the price point of a hotel room. Very highly recommended. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, the was Suite was very clean and comfortable and relaxing we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait 2 go back again we will be returning back to NY very soon and we have already planned to stay at The Lxure our home away from home. Debbie was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us! The apartment was gorgeous and in a safe neighbourhood in Brooklyn. We couldn't have asked for more. Nice big space for NY Very modern and clean and the beds were very comfortable. It also included a cute breakfast in a basket!. The facilities were very comfortable and the staff were on hands to put right whatever needed to be done. Very comfortable appartment for a family trip. Easy to take public transport . Tres calm. Room was very nice and the staff was excellent. The place was lovely . Looked just as pictures. Nice big rooms. I had the impression that the bed sheets were not changed since the last guest stayed in the room, but it could be that the sheets had not been ironed after they were washed, so I will not complain. Was not an issue that there was no lobby because the room comes with a suite which has very comfortable lounging. No dislikes. No elevator! Had to carry 4 suitcases up two flights. There were no plates, bowls or cutlery. Only a few plastic spoons two cups and saucers. As the staff was available when we left the property, it would have been nice to be seen out and bid farewell. After arrival my reservation was changed , they asked me to leave within 3 days rather than 7 days . It was trouble with my 2 and half years baby. No any material in the kitchen to cook any thing . Can you please ask them to update their calender to avoid this type of situation. 3 floor walk up. No elevator and had an elderly person in our groip. Weren't specific! Never recieved free breakfast was no iPod dock in the room which I expected and needed when I asked about it they bought me a iPad charger ???. Very far away. Cleaning should do better, under the beds there was all kind of dirt. Access extremely difficult through very tight hallways and steep stairs. Very dirty. Significant amount of dust and dirt under kitchen cabinet. Would NOT recommend!.
