Check in/ Check out location: Peak Property Management is located at 11072 Hwy. 9, Summit Ridge Center, Suite 101, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. Office Hours: 0900 to 1700 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Available 24 hours for emergencies at 970-486-4740. Late arrivals and Sunday arrivals pickup directions and keys from our “KEY DROP BOX” located outside our front door. Security Deposit: A credit card impression will be requested prior to arrival or will be taken at our office upon check-in. This security deposit is used to cover any damages, extra cleaning or telephone charges during your stay. Security deposits will be destroyed 30 days from departure if unit has not incurred charges. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 11072 Highway 9, Summit Ridge Center, 80424 Breckenridge. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
