  Since my husband had an appointment at Dana Farber hospital, the front desk did everything possible to make our stay comfortable,early check in, super quiet room(308) we did not hear one noise during our stay. Room was very clean and roomy. Front desk friendly and helpful and answered any emails with thoughtful and kind words. In short, our stay c... what people say » ould not have been any better. Not one complaint. Although we did not use the kitchen other than for tea, it could handle a full meal, with a full siz - I was not expecting anything much due to the fantastic rate I got. Well, I was more than pleasantly surprised! The rooms and the staff and amenities were fantastic!!!! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and book here again! Thank you.

People have complained about crosswalks to the t that are beyond the motels controls. I went to a conferance at boston conferance center. Then I took redline train from south street and in 25 minutes I reached hotel. It was just accross the Braintree train station. Next morning, I took the train again and came back to attend the conferance and from there I took buss to nyc. It was convenient.

  We only stayed one night so possibly not in the best position to comment but it was most comfortable and suited for what we needed.hotel was very close to South Shore Plaza Shopping Centre if you are interested in shopping and close enough to the city if you have a car to drive-otherwise a 40 minute ride on the T-line which is very close.good side... what people say » of the city if you are heading towards Wrenthem shopping outlet or Cape Cod.. - Staff very receptive.   Booked because it was cheap. The owner called to inform us of construction in the building about 2 weeks before we arrived, he gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The room was small but cozy and clean, about a 2 min walk from the train. The hallways and lobby were a mess.
