  Very personable staff especially the man working the checkout desk on 11 September during the day.I kept my bags with him and he was very accommodating. - The staff was very friendly. I had scheduled a late arrival. The front desk greeted me by name when I walked in the door after midnight. Impressive. Hotel is on train line into the city.

  Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful view of the Charles River and city lights.   Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. They went out of their way to make the stay memorable - Friendly good service the staff went out of their way to help. Good location close to Boston Common, historic sights underground etc

  The bed was very comfortable. We lived the warm cookies at check in. The staff was very helpful with directions and knowledgable of the area. The short distance to the T was also a plus. - This hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to rest up in the middle of a very long trip. It had everything we needed for that brief stopover.

  Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.

However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern! Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common

  I loved the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful, helping us understand the train routes. The shuttle service was excellent, always on time. The morning breakfast was outstanding, many choices and different hot food each morning. I loved the turkey sausage. The room was beautiful and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job each... what people say » day working around our mess of luggage and other items. They gave us a fresh supply of toiletries each day. The price was very reasonable. The lob - It was close to the airport, the shuttle picks you up, drops you off. The shuttle also works to take you to a local target and/or to the closest metro station. The room was pretty large, the hotel also has a laundromat (besides the regular laundry service for hotel prices) which you have to pay for 1,5$ for washer and 1,5$ for dryer. But I did appreciate it and did my own laundry -- it was cheaper than have it done at the regular hotel laundry service.
