Price and value of hotel reasonable for what we wanted --- an inexpensive getaway for some shopping. Reasonably clean. Good location.

Breakfast and coffee are dreadful. Bedspread tattered and questionably clean. Carpets stained.

The breakfast offered was substandard, compared to others we stayed in. The glazing on the balcony doors/windows was very poor and therefore allowed a substantial amount of road noise. I would not stay again, unless there was some significant updating of the facilities.
