What people say

It was clean. It has an attached restaurant with full bar where we could have a drink and appetizers. It included Starbucks coffee in the room itself. It included free parking and free breakfast. The staff was very accomodating. We had a nice view of the city of Bellevue. It has a cute courtyard. The location is great and we have been pleased with the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the hotel on each stay. We feel there is good value in this hotel.

Staff were lovely. grill& bar. It did not have a hot tub. There was only one sink outside the bathroom. It is an older hotel that looks a bit nicer in the photos than it actually is. Rooms were clean enough, but.......the bathrooms are in need of "major remodeling"! Old shower tiles, caulking over moldy areas. Shower rod falling off the brackets on the wall. I have an expensive car & did not feel secure parking it. Always came home around 11PM and not enough lighted space. The elevator door is dangerous, I tried to stop the door from closng by put my hand on the door and it slamed on arm leaving a bad bruise. Pillows where to hard. Carpet is a little too old. Bed was too soft and "bouncy". Cleanliness was not a priority. Found black hairs in the bath area. We were interrupted by staff 2 times by mistake. The staff were slow at the front desk and there seemed to be confusion with rooms. We got ours fine but saw 3 other couples who were told they would have to wait another 20 mn at 4 pm because the room wasn't cleaned yet. I also wish they put glass drinking glasses in the room and not cheap plastic cups. The pool looked quite cloudy; not that inviting. too small sink area. Walking outdoors to get to room - seemed so out-dated. Gym was being renovated but wasn't told until AFTER I got there. All the sockets were lose so lamps kept flashing. Not modern enough for business users who need to power up laptops etc (not enough sockets, all behind heavy furniture). Kettle would have been a bonus. Not everybody drinks coffee. Very basic for business needs. bathroom.
