This is our third stay at the Day's Inn in Bath. Always arriving late at night as a stop on the way to or after an event in the area or on vacation. We usually eat breakfast and leave fairly early, so we have not used the pool or other facilities. The hotel certainly meets our need.... The pool, cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location and outstanding value.

All the staff was very nice. the staff was very friendly..and they had popcorn and cookies and coffee & tea in the lobby. Wi-fi available and consistent. Close to Nascar Race in Watkins Glen and the price was reasonable. Good room size. Friendly helpful staff at check-in. clean rooms, quiet, great breakfast. convenience. Everything was fine. We needed a place to stay as we were traveling. For the cost, I was satisfied. Young lady at desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. Location was convenient. spacious, clean room. GREAT breakfast!!!. Friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool-heated and very clean -free paper , popcorn and cookies. It was close to highway and near stores. Our room was ok. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was substantial. We liked everything.,. I wish the pool was open later than 10:00 PM. air conditioning was not working properly...was warm and stuffy in room. front entrance was a tiny bit decripid, but the hotel and the rooms were in good shape and clean. We stayed 2 nights - the beds were not made up after the first night, although the room had been cleaned. The bed was a little too soft for my tastes. nothing. entrance and reception areas could be spruced up. The location wasn't the best. A lot of visible damage and wear at exterior entrance. Stains in bathtub, broken lock on bathroom door, mildew stains on tub grout, Broken knobs and buttons on ac unit, a lot of marks on paint around elevator doors. Mattress old and sagging in middle. Eggs out of a plastic bag at breakfast were pretty dry and nasty tasting, otherwise the rest of breakfast options were good. Definitely needs a lot of work to upgrade facilities. Poor WiFi, lack of temperature control. dirty elevator, long wait for breakfast foods, no coffee in lobby either. No first floor rooms. Needs remodeling. Poor breakfast Cleanness of the bathroom. Our room was never cleaned with us staying there three days!!!! We left each day for sight seeing and came back to a dirty room -even told manager on day 2 and he said he would take care of it-but did not happen! Yea-we got a discount - but had to ask for towels, Kleenex , and toilet paper! Lousy a/c system- blows right on you when trying to sleep . The hotel looked run down and was in poor condition. It was dirty and reminded me of a ghetto apt. Parking lot, front door and lobby were shabby and unclean. I almost cancelled our reservation. Front desk clerk was barely friendly. The place was in terrible shape - peeling wallpaper, stained carpet that smelled, our room had exposed wiring for the air conditioner and the toilet tank lid did not fit properly. The blankets had burns and the box spring was very badly frayed.
