It was an excellent value. The room was kept very clean and the staff did an excellent job of keeping the room and all of the facilities extremely clean. My room smelt very clean and I always had clean towels and wash rags and the trash was always emptied. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service. I will stay there again. the staff was great, the hot tub was a big plus as well as the pool. easy access to the highway IH35 I liked the room décor and the cleanliness of the hotel.. nice continental breakfast was a bit sparse but worked.
all reviews » The front desk attendant, Josh, was awesome! Very friendly & helpful. This area of Austin is older, so the hotel isn't fancy, but its comfortable & clean. Close to a lot of restaurants too. The motel was clean, convenient & quiet. The complimentary breakfast was really good. I would stay at this motel again & it was reasonable. I'm Happy That A Smoking Room IS An Option. Also, I Enjoyed The Waffles Available At Breakfast. Very clean, not far from downtown. Good location for seeing north of Austin (lake travis, etc). close to where I needed to go; microwave and fridge in room; staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access Front desk personnel very friendly & professional Breakfast was great. Barbara the manger and her staff where very helpful, and made us very welcome,. Beds were comfortable which is hard to come by when staying at hotels. The manager was very friendly, made us feel at home. All with the hotel it self was excellent. Every things was good. Nothing. the beds were not as comfortable as the super 8 on 51st and airport but were sufficient. mattresses uncomfortable--could feel the springs; shower curtain did not appear clean; carpet needed cleaning. Not enough towels. It took at least twenty minutes to get checked in. The man at checken did not speak very good English, and was unfamiliar using the computer. He had to keep asking another person there for help. Could use some updating. price. I was charged $87.59 at the time of booking & then charged $205.29 when I checked out. $293.88 for 2 nights in a budget motel??? I don't think so. Some one needs to call me....... The traffic noise. the hall, corridor and elevator are not clean and smell strange... The customers is heterogeneous, surely because of people who live here weekly(to the week) or more. is aged looking can tell long-term living residents are there it is what is it. I could feel the springs in the mattress - not comfortable! But the room was quiet and clean. Location, only access to highway, access to Powell road gate closed most of the time. The bad was not comfort. the room had a smell that gave me a bad headache! smelled like someone died in it or heavily smoked and they tried to use a chemical to get rid of smell and it made me sick!. breakfast was so so. queen bed was like to super single difficult to sleep 2 aadults. price. Raise the price, just because there was a race in town, and a longhorn game going on too. That is not very fair.....for the poor folks to have a place to sleep. Ordered pizza,and it sux!!no good ordered a 10".pizza,that looked like a 2 or 3"cost 24$$.it really was,nt worth it!!. Room and furnishings in disrepair. Did not feel safe or secure. Night staff unprofessional.
