This hotel was lovely, just the way Hampton Inn hotels are. Clean, friendly and big. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi is great too, with hot free drinks available in the lobby and shuttle bus rides within a Mile of the hotel.

The downtown location is great. Close to the mall, a metro station, the
aquarium, coca-cola, underground Atlanta, plenty of stuff to do. The
staff is friendly and the room was clean. The concierge is very helpful

Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. Front Desk Attendant (Matthew) was wonderful, informative, sweet and very kind. Our shuttle driver (Denis) was caring and very informative and James was very friendly and kind.
