My mother (senior citizen) checked into the room a day before my arrival and Jeremy ensured that she got into the room and was comfortable. Next morning right on time (shuttles run every 30 minutes) we left the hotel and the driver took us to international terminals, instead of domestic, thus saving us good 20 minutes, which he did not have to do and had a great attitude about it.   Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared.   The staff was nice, and the location was ok. About 20min drive to Mid Town. Airport very close. Some of the rooms had a gap between the door and wall and I had to switch my room because of that issue. Other than that, for the price you get what you pay for. I would stay again.
