My mother (senior citizen) checked into the room a day before my arrival and Jeremy ensured that she got into the room and was comfortable. He worked diligently with me before her arrival to ensure that the reservation was confirmed and made arrangements for me to pay the bill in advance... what people say » so that my mother not worry about her accommodations.   The first room we were checked into was a double handicapped room, we requested a King. We were checked into a suite when we complained about our room. Great upgrade, great hotel. - Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great over all stay and will be coming back in the furture.

  Wanted a hotel close to the airport as we arrived late after a long flight. Very easy to find, lovely staff, parking is cheap, and the room is lovely. Room is very big, amazingly comfortable beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and excellent shower.
