I wish we had had more time to enjoy the hot tub, whirl pool and I'm room soaking tub. Great for a multi night stay. Very close to everything Centennial Olypmic Park had to offer. The proximity and location to sightseeing was fabulous, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the premises clean, modern and comfortable especially the bed and pillows. Everything was absolutly appropriate to the price. Nice staff and good comfort. Excellent location. Best for families with kids.

The hotel menu didn't match what was actually offered. Some chdren were not being accompanied by an adult. They were yelling in the hallway and knocking on my door at 11pm!. Taxes and parking charges!. Bar closed very early (9pm Sunday, 11pm other nights). Breakfast kind of pricey. No parking in vicinty meaning you ahve to pay the $20/day fee at the hotel. Parking Garage! I have stayed at this hotel three times within the past year and every time we have had issues with out room key not working in the parking garage to let us out! This is such a hassle, several times there was no one even at the gates and I had to go back up the garage, park, go inside the hotel and have them take care of it! Super Frustrating!!!. Nothing. The charges placed on my card after I paid cash. I'm still waiting for my funds to be released. Radio didn't work. No phone book in the room. letsbookhotel.com listed check out time as noon. The front desk listed check out as 11 A.M. When asked about the difference the front desk made said, "those third party systems get alot of things wrong." At check out, they couldn't print me a receipt, somehow due to my using a "third party". none. the bed was not a sleep number as advertised. Parking is too high. $20 for self park and $26 for valet for a day is just too steep. And to top that off my GPS took me to the regular Hilton first and was there less than 15 minutes but they still made me pay $6 for parking (even when I told the guy I was just at the wrong Hilton). matresses need to be replaced. The smell in the pool There was a leak in our room. Food(breakfast) was poor. By booking thru letsbookhotel.com we wanted to leave one day early and had to forfeit a nights stay of pay. In Atlanta that's expensive. The breakfast was just ok and it cost too much. It should be complimentary. Hotel guess should not have to pay for parking, at $179.00 per day parking should be free. Ac noisy. Bed in 910 was awful...not like any Hilton I've ever stayed in. Hidden fees on everything. $20 parking fee?....just include the fee as the cost of the room...TACKY!.
