Together with my fiancé, we spend 3nights at this Days Inn. We both have only positive things to say.. Although I was little concerned, after I read couple of previous comments. There was absolutely no bad smelly,filthy room as someone else said about this hotel. We were very pleased!! Maybe they renovated rooms in mean time ;) Anyway, location was great,our room was excellent, friendly staff, and budget wise excellent as well. When we return to Atlanta again, we will definitely stay here again.
all reviews » Rooms were clean & well appointed. Breakfast bar was good, could do with a better brand of coffee though. I would advise people to stay there but be aware of the after hours staff. we all had so much and my kids had a wonderful times and the didn't want to leave. Great location and friendly staff. I stay there all the time I visit Atlanta. I like the location of the hotel, serene and homey. I also like that. The staff were very professional and helpful when you have a need. the rooms were nice. I like how they offered the breakfast. Price, Convenient to expressway. Comfortable bed. was easy to get to, bang for the buck. Convenience to get to everything. Location,indoor pool,cost. location: was great. I liked the pool. Good price. n/a. I liked the location, we were not far away from the Georgia Dome. I liked that they observed the do not disturb signs as some hotels will bother you anyway. I liked the price we paid for 3 days. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness facility. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I like it because they offered continental Breakfast and they have the indoor swimming Pool. great location for our needs to six flags water park coffee every morning. I had a blast in Atlanta, there was so much to do at a budget. Liked the convient location. Ten min drive to cumberland mall. The price and location. The desk staff was very nice also. Price but did not get the discount I was promised online. rooms were very clean. It was clean Nothing. Location. Breakfast and laundry. I liked the location. cost. The indoor pool. Everything was great, there is nothing negative I have to say about our stay. After hours female staff member was more interested in her facebook page & her male friend than answering our question. Put simply, we were a nuisance. The time for serving breakfast should be extended by at least 30mins. I reserved a smoking room whenI reserved it was available but once I arrived there weren't any. the front desk told me they would move me the next day but never did. Desk chair broken. Almost impossible to sit in it. Sink stopper missing. Tacky furniture. Dresser had a moderate chip in the veneer. Clock didn't work. did see a roach the last morning. Room was to small .breakfast could have been a little better . it was a bit noisy. My room did not have a microwave or a fridge and the coffee pot was in the bathroom, kinda the wrong place for a coffee pot. Very bad Internent. n/a. I didn't like having to wait almost 45 minutes for a room to be cleaned, I didn't like having several large carpet burns visible as soon as you walk through the door. Overall, for $100.00 a night I was expecting it to be a little cleaner. The rooms are not very well soundproofed you could hear all the guests around you. Plus the sheets didn't fit the beds properly. They kept coming off in the middle of the night. When we want in to the room it smelled funny. I thought it was because of the room Being closed off for a while, but the next morning I found Mold on the wall and Curtains and the bath room was not that clean . I asked the desk clerk about discounting that room and she said that she couldn't , I didn't think that was right. cleanliness could have been much better. The room service staff was kinda rude. A couple down the hall had a dispute and the staff should've handled it asap. They did nothing. The room I stayed in had a broken headboard, the phone had some kind of goo on it and it didn't work, and the bathroom had coffee stains on the counter which could have been wiped up with a cloth and water by housekeeping.Other rooms had a microwave and mine did not. Other rooms had a box for cable and this one didn't have one of those either. Very old and pool was terrible would not recommend staying here .. gym was ridiculous every piece of equipment broken or just didn't work. No local information, small cheap towelavs, beds were like sleeping on a board, Average breakfast. Lack of maintenance. (Chain on toilet flush mechanism unhooked [repaired by me] and temperature control on heater/air conditoner not working). awful breakfast area. noise. Felt like bed bugs. No heated pool they never kept it on. That's why we stayed is to swimming. The place reeked of noodles,said they had a indoor heated pool not true.Said they had exercise facility they do 1 treadmill didn't even work the other worked for abt 5 seconds and literally went off and wouldn't come on.there were lamps in the room that wouldn't come on and there was a sink in the bathroom when you turn it on the water shoots out evrywhere.There were 2 towels for 4 people and it was jus ridiculous I will not go back.It was aweful. initial staff was not welcoming, later staff was very good. Door didn't lock. Mold in room. Cigarette burns in my blankets. They did not provide the Disney channel after many times of asking could they put it on. The exercise room did not work, but had broken equipment inside. No refrigeration or microwave as promised. This was by far, the worst place I've ever stayed. The bathroom was gross and the shower was filled with mold. Frankly, if I hadn't paid in advance, I would have walked out. The back door was unlatched the whole time, so anyone could have walked into the building at any time. No key card needed! I will never recommend Days Inn to anyone!!!. To much to write I would not stay there again. Smoke filled, dirty, not woth the money and shouldnt be located in such a upscale area.
