The room was exceptionally clean. I love love love the little kitchen area in the room. The bed was extremely comfy and the receptionists were very friendly and professional. Best motel experience yet!. The sink in the restaurant was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Location. I loved the location, close to everywhere we needed to go :). It was a bed to sleep in but lucky I didn't get eaten alive by bed bugs like other people. Location from attractions and price. The Lobby was nice. The cost. Nothing. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. The bathroom could have been a bit larger but I could make do with it. Also, it took me forever to find my room. The way the rooms are setup are a bit confusing. Bathroom was very small. kept running into door. Housekeeping service wasn't that great, I should know thats what I do for a living. Trash wasn't all removed and when we got to our room I checked and the bathroom had some hairs and floor was slippery, other than that it was fine. The beds are horrible the most uncomfortable beds ever.... I had the worst backache for days after sleeping on them. It was so hard, it was like sleeping on a concrete floor... Parking area was not lit well, nor were there very many parking spaces. Too many people hanging around outside late at night. Did not get the room that I had reserved. Rooms did not have very much lighting. Elevator quit working /pool was dirty /was told we could not drink at pool area but there was people drinking beer out of bottle containers. When I walked in I wasn't greeted or anything and I checked in at 5 in the early evening. There were two people behind the coutner and neither one cared I was waiting. The towels are ruff and very dingy, no wash clothes no shampoo/ conditioner just cheap stinky tiny bar if soap. The tp holder was missing. There were burn holes and stains on my blanket. Stains in carpet carpet coming off the wall. tub was clogged and phone didn't work . told front desk about this to no avail. The Area was Horrible!! We went to check in and there were 3 police cars in the parking lot and 2 others right next door. Not a secure place for a lady and her grandchildren. Needs a complete rehab on the whole room burns in carpet broken door one of the pillows had lipstick on it wood and safety lock was busted on entry door. I reserved a larger non smoking room, but at arrival they switched me to a much smaller smoking room. The room was not as it looked on your website. The cleanliness. Vending machines were not stocked. Carpet nasty, noisy, housekeeping didnt clean the room good. While there had a double bed room. Only three pillows for 4 people. Fighting outside and what I thought were gunshots. Nice new sinks in the bath but overwhelming smell of carpet fresh or Febreze won't stay again. No toilet paper or a roller to put in on. Burn holes in the sheets. Stained/dirty carpet. Did not even use the shower/tub, it was a nasty looking. Homeless man was in the entrance way, when we used our key to get in, he held the door and entered the building. We would have left to find another place to stay, if it hadn't been so late. The 2 rooms were hideous! One room had no coffee maker, ice bucket and never got cleaned!!! So disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for.....never will recommend this place to anyone!!!! Looks like crackheads stay there and my grandson who is ths was in13mo stayed on the 3rd floor where someone was smoking pot!!!! Disgusted!!!!!!!.
