Nice quiet motel, well managed, easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, disneyland. Pool and hot tub pleasing experience for family members. all reviews » This is a great hotel for a family trip. Perfect price for what you get. We stayed in one of the suites and it was so much more comfortable to have the kids in a separate room. The continental breakfast was great as well, and had lots of options. Staff was quick to respond to any requests and always provided service with a smile. I will definately be staying here again!!!. Overall, great for a budget hotel. Pretty good free breakfast. Friendly, smiley and helpful staff. Staff are great though in quickly cleaning tables & keeping supplies stocked. -Nothing negative. Only one comment was that it was 4 blocks from Disneyland. We walked, including our girls 9 and 11 yrs. However, along the route, there were plenty of similar inns an hotels, which were closer to Disney. A shorter walk late at night would have been nice. Must add though it was a very safe neighborhood, so even at midnight we had no hesitation in walking back. Room Clean staff could be a little friendlier. Families with younger kids need to be on bottom floor. Never heard any noise like talking or loud tv's but sure heard the kid jumping off the beds and running into the door for 3 hours. Sure glad when they left. Bathrooms a bit old, some peeling wallpaper in them. The pool and spa are v small. The breakfast space was a bit cramped. But these are minor points in a very very good stay. Our room was very musty smelling especially in the closets and anything that was on the floor had that smell as well. Exterior of building will be better when refurbished. Looks a little tired present. Small bathroom. Towards the back of the hotel there seems to be a shuttle parking area(near 250's rooms). Shuttles are turned on and warmed up at 7AM everyday,after a long night at Disneyland, the last thing you want to hear through your single pane window is a loud diesel engine blaring for 30 minutes in the morning. Nothing!. Breakfast area was a bit crowded. Loud families but it's expected because it caters to families, carpet needs to be cleaned (felt so grimy), and wish the bathtub was higher so that it wouldn't flood when we took showers! Also, wish there was a free shuttle to Disneyland, then this place would be perfect!. Breakfast got a little boring and would have been nice to have a few more fruit options. nothing not to like. Noisy neighbors, but with kids it's not surprising. Would have been nice if there had been more effort at noise-proofing the rooms. No elevator but this would not deter us from staying here again. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room by the street. We asked to be moved away from the street and they accommodated us without hesitation. My husband said that they could afford better quality forks/knives...yes, he's serious, lol. No table... The only table had a radio on it.... There was a computer chair for what... Breakfast was a bit chaotic - the room could probably use some thoughtful re-arranging. Slippery walk ways. The beds were very hard The pillows were stiff The hair dryer was out of date so it didn't function well. not outstanding, but there is no bad aspect. Carpets were not cleaned and other bedroom had crisps, wrappers and food allmover the floor. Carpets were a bit dirty in the room. Tried 3 times without success to get our room safe opened! I suspect the previous occupants left something inside or purposely locked an empty safe. Not being able to use the safe for passports, wallets etc was unnerving as we had to carry all our valuables around with us. Stairs. Ever one so nice and helpful !! Had a good time there!!. Many areas of the property were dirty with cigarette butts and trash. The pool is in dire need of a deep clean as does the jacuzzi. Pool surfaces very dirty. There is also remodeling being done so parking areas are filled with carpeting, appliances etc. Transport cannot reach hotel. Have to carry luggage for about 200 meters!. No free shuttle. The bathrooms looked pretty old. The facility needs remodeling. New paint can do wonders. The rooms are ok but not great. We got the 2 bedroom suite with a kids room. The kids room was too hot. You need to improve on air conditioning and please paint indoor and outdoor!. It was very very noisy. The smell of my room. The noise at night was terrible. You checked someone into the room above me at 2:00 am twice during my stay. The pool and hot tub were not working. Your front desk area is a mess. I will not stay at this hotel again and I won't recommend it to anyone. Araceli and Selena were rude and never let us speak to the general manager to resolve our issues we ended up staying at the facility any way because they refused to cancel our reservation the rooms were stuffy and never really seemed to cool down the other guest were students who were loud and kept our small children up late and woke them up early our experience was short of enjoyable. N/a.
