I liked that when the elevators did not work for the parking area, staff drove us to our car. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice, the food places in the Marriot were affordable and convenient. Loved the balcony, refrigerator, tv and tub. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning always worked well. great location for the Anaheim convention center and about 2 blocks from Disneyland. The rooms were a bit small but nice. The price was reasonable for the location. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. The staff was awesome and super friendly!.
all reviews » Staff assistance, enthusiasm and professionalism was excellent. The hotel is well positioned and is dedicated to the individual as well as the corporate group. Staff had a good local knowledge and was prepared to assist in order to facilitate my stay. Staff was extremely courteous & helpful especially the check in desk. The room was very clean & attractive. The bed was really comfortable. The food in the Casa del Sol was good & the Waite people couldn't have been nicer or more prompt. I loved the smell coming into the hotel I was also greeted very friendly by the valet and registration staff. By far had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was conveniently located to all of my destinations. "Liked" everything. Clean rooms, view of Disney fireworks each night from balcony, big and little kids enjoyed pool. Very helpful, obliging staff. Convenient location for our needs. The spacious facility. Check in was fast and easy. the elevator access was inconvenient, had to wait too long to get down to lobby floor, I had to end up going up in order to eventually get down. The only problem w/the location was the Hilton, which blocked any views to Disney nighttime. Restaurant prices were a little expensive mitigated by the diligent and competent service. The charge for the overnight parking was exorbitant!!. The bathroom was rather small and also no built in microwave. The service through letsbookhotel.com was not great. The site incorrectly advertised the amenties at the hotel. It did not identify that it was a convention center location and the rooms would be smaller than a standard Marriott. Also the letsbookhotel.com site stated that rooms would have a sitting area which none of them did. N/A. Not enough information on working the coffee machine and we didn't realise there was a fridge in the room until the third day. Over priced subpar food options. Trouble exiting parking area. Noisy hallways and late night in room parties. Found what appeared to be a BED BUG in the bed! That was awful and we may have some bites from the bugs. Also, the rooms are a little too small. Blow dryer was low quality and did not get hot enough. Booking for 5, wish it included a bigger room with sofa bed same as last time we booked. WiFi is not comlimentary. 5 dollars per person for the shuttle to disney. Places to eat we're expensive. price is not consistent with services. room was not comfortable with ac making noises and uncomfortable pillow and bed. The rooms were small and cramped and I wish they would have had 2 queen beds instead of two full beds. Overall the stay there was just ok but I wouldn't stay there again. Didn't like the extra charges on my credit card. Didn't like pay for parking.
