The room was spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and of tremendously high value for the location. The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The hardwood floors were a nice surprise--the updated, very clean bathroom was glorious, and the staff were absolutely the best. We also enjoyed the coffee and breakfast before heading out each morning. We definitely will stay there each time we visit NYC in the future. -
