  Great access to the airport for a stopover flight. Walking distance to two restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. - i liked that when i arrived, the clerk remembered me from previous stay and found a room for me.

  Staff was very accommodating and efficient. No hassles with check in and check out. Hotel was budget-friendly, compared to hotels in NYC. It was hust a 10-min walk to the bus station, and a 15-min ride to NYC. - The staff were very friendly, but they have charged me twice???? I did send an e-mail complaining but I have not receive any response so... what people say » far. Please look into it so that I get my money back urgently.

  I love this little Inn. It is by far the least expensive place to stay in Chelsea/Flatiron. It is not fancy by any means but it is quiet and the location is great. It's half a block off 5th ave shopping, two blocks from Union square and 2 blocks from 8th Ave in Chelsea. The rooms have a refrigerator which was rare to find for the price. There... what people say » is a speak easy bar right next door (black awning no sign, down the stairs) with a great patio in the back. The continental breakfast next door has - The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!
