Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. -

Very clean, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sunday buffet was great. The manager on duty was very friendly, he was going out of his way to help guest. We are planning on staying there again. -

We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!
