  Staff was very friendly. Very clean but online pics make it look alot nicer/newer than it really is. Showed pictures of outside and inside pool but only had inside pool functioning. Showed pictures of restaurant when there only was a small area with a bar and a few tables. Very deceiving. - Beds were comfortable. People were friendly. Did not use... what people say » shuttle but heard it was easy to use. Actually like the Native American theme as it is unique from other mall area hotels. Just keep it consistent through out and never listen to the decorator who did the lobby redo again.

  I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia. There was no one else around and we started to chat and I felt I met a new friend.... what people say » The room was very clean and I loved how pretty the bathroom towels looked with the 'fans'. Just something so simple, but made me 'ooh' and 'aah'. Als - Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all.
