The comfort and style of the Inn is amazing and the friendliness of the staff here was brilliant. Even with the free in-house baked cookies lol. A small but cozy room with a fantastic view and a handy location to the waterfront as well as BART for the city and other areas. Very much a nature-surrounded and perfectly relaxing getaway from any city chaos and a perfect location near the waterfront.

Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Excellent location for exploring Oakland and for transport links to San Francisco by ferry, bus and BART. Beautiful lounge area for relaxing by the fire with complimentary coffee or tea. Great pool with fantastic views of the marina. Will be back sometime -

our second stay here. We live locally but have events in SF. This hotel is our first choice. Fab location and Hotel. We had a corner room which looked out to the ferry building and the street cars. Hip boutique hotel.
This visit the only - was the fan constantly blowing in the room/bath. I slept in the robe for I was cold. If I turned on the heat the room would have been hot for the others. easy to walk around and pick up a cab here.

Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom
wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely
torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not
disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed
we may have been disturbed however.

Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights. Very noise proof considering it's location to the runway. -
