The Jade is in an excellent location (right smack dab in the middle of Greenwich Village) and is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and so sweet helping me with my luggage and making sure I was comfortable in their hotel. The hotel itself is really beautiful and very luxurious. The desk staff was extremely helpful especially when our revised booking
had not been received. They helped with getting cabs and printing
tickets and always were friendly and knowledgeable. They always checked
to make sure our cab had arrived and the right person got the right one.
Housekeeping did a great job and came immediately if we needed any
