The staff was excellent!!! The desk manager was very pleasant and helpful, as my luggage did not arrive on the flight, and he arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport several times in order for me to retreive my luggage!!! staff that make a personal touch in the restaurant. Asian meal was
healthy: rice, seaweed, kimchi, miso soup... Enjoyed a dip in the pool
with my kids and a good work out in the gym with weights, universal, and

The rooms were really nice! It was a huge draw that the hotel was new
but I didn't realize that some of it was still under
construction. Nevertheless the rooms were clean, I loved the style,
but they were a bit small. Other than that I would highly recommend
staying there. Also despite the previous reviews that no one there
spoke English that is incorrect. The staff was very friendly. I will
advise that the surrounding neighborhood consists of a lot of people
that do not speak English.

The hotel is very family friendly which you could relax by enjoying swimming pool plus sunbaking after back from Disney Worlds. Staff is excellent & helpful. The 2-bedrooms with a living room especially with a kitchen is a plus which is allowed us to enjoy our late supper while our family stayed up talking until midnight.
