  The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston.   Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave.
