A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After
landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones
which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we
waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from
airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was
helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle

We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. -

Regarding location, some might find the surrounding industry/depot businesses disturbing, but you cannot beat the stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, you have from all rooms and the rooftop-terrace. The area is quiet at night - also if you walk home to your hotel in the evening. Convenient with the complimentary hotel shuttlebus, but you could also easily walk to the subway station Queensboro Plaza 7 blocks from the hotel (8 min walk). The staff was very polite and the manager helped me chose a specific
room prior to my stay. The Hotel is fairly modern and cozy. Not too
upscale that you'd feel like your sleeping in an overly furnished
office space.
The TV's are great. It has DirectTV so you wont miss your favorite shows, but if you have a game console or media hub you can plug it in to the available HDMI port. Most hotels block this or have a dedicated hotel TV service with complicated menus and standard quality TV, so this w
