The gentleman at the reception desk was so accommodating upon my very late check in. I was in my room within 1min of walking through the front door. :)

Was very close to the Exact Target Connections conference facilities. The room was comfortable (beds were comfy, nice linens & good pillows) & the curtains were true blackout. I stayed on the Concierge floor, so really enjoyed the convenience of the food served there. All the staff members were service-oriented & friendly. -

The staff were wonderful - especially Cherie at the front desk- We want to make sure management knows what a gem they have there. Complementary breakfast was delicious with hot dishes included. We loved everything about our stay. The room was great! I thought I reserved a 1 bedroom queen suite city view and when we got there it was actually a 2 bedroom queen suite with a canal view, it was amazing! We came into town for the football game and my boyfriends 30th birthday, the staff brought him a birthday card and some candy that was so nice of them. A true surprise. The location was perfect.
