Cory especially when I checked in at almost midnight. He was there when I checked out at 7:15 am and was just as nice.. A long night for him . I It might be helfpul if you posted the times the shuttle bus was available on the desk in a plastic sleeve.

Our welcome from Geoffrey on reception. We were tired after our transatlantic trip plus the 2 hours getting through immigration and customs and waiting for the airport buses to get us there but when we were greeted by Geoffrey in such a warm and genuinely friendly manner, all our stress disappeared. This is the place to stay. The staff is well trained in service and customer care. Kudos to the managers who trained this staff. I mention in particular a housekeeping lady, an older, Afro-American sweet lady who knocked on our door. She was so gracious and courteous. Often they are not. Exceptional hotel!
