I had avery good experience at this hotel, I got in to the airport after 8pm however everything went smoothly.
The shuttle bus picked me up from the airport minutes after calling( there is a handy airport hotel phone at baggage pickup) and dropped me off on time the next day.

First off those cookies we received at check-in were great. The close proximity to the airport. The shuttle driver and staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Front desk was attentive and courteous even while busy, shuttle and wakeup call scheduled easily at checkin, airport just 10 minutes away, room and bathroom very clean, everything working, great for early morning flight. Booked this for two international friends. Everything went smoothly.

Everything, except that the night porter told us that hot breakfast was complimentary .....starting at 7.30 and ending at 10.30.............the breakfast stuff was cleared away by a member of staff at 09.00 am.....thats bad !!!!! -

we only stayed one night before a early morning flight out of bush loved that is was so close the airport and the staff was wonderfuls with lot of little extras like coffee in the lobby and "go" bags with apples and water and granola when we didn't have time for breakfast. -
