  We liked everything about our stay. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I think this is the best hotel that we've stayed in and trust me, we've stayed in a lot over the years. - The room was perfect. The staff where honest when i forgot a folder with money in the front desk they return it the moring.

  Bed was a little too hard for my preferences, but OK for one night. I probably would complain if it was too soft. - Quiet. Pool for our daughter's kids was super. Great beds!

  Beautiful bar and skilled mixologists. Very comfortable and great for meetings. The first floor lobby has dozens of books, so you can read in one of the many chairs or take a book up to your room. Our concierge service was phenomenal! We were celebrating our anniversary and I scheduled a masseuse for my wife. I tried to get the item placed on our bill upon checkout, but - The staff was wonderful with helping us find our way around the city. Valet parking was great, and my car was always waiting for me when I came down to the lobby to get it. The location was also perfect for the downtown area. The metro bus was right down the street as well.
