  This brand new hotel is situated at the end of the Palm Jumeirah. Its location also makes it very quiet and unique. One of the few - if not the only hotel - that overlooks Dubai. The hotel theme is Turkish/Eastern although this is not imposed on the visitors. The rooms are very spacious with coffee and tea making facilities for the British visitor... what people say » s and everything one can wish for really. There is a beach with netted areas for protection from jellyfish that rarely make their appearance. There ar - Staff is so kind and helpful. Beach and pool are very comfortable. İt is the first time of rixos and dubai visit in our life. İ must say that it is a perfect perfect excellent... İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel. We are able to eat baklava and simit and menemen and kebap.. All of them are very delicious. Hotel staff makes our life in here

  The moment you set foot in this hotel you know you are in for a treat. The hotel was beautiful and boasts luxury and high standards. The staff were polite and helpful and made you feel so welcome. The staff never complained and were always happy to serve with a smile. The facilities such as the gym and spa were of a high standard and the pool/beac... what people say » h was amazing. There were plenty of sun beds and pool staff were happy to locate the perfect space for our group. The only downside was the sand was a - We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced

  The hotel is stunning. I've been to 5 star hotels in many cities of the world but none I liked as much as this. The lobby is huge and ultra luxurious, with details of excellent taste.   We enjoyed the setting of the hotel with very nice views. We had a sea view room but the view to the other side was also very good (pool, beach etc). The Waterpark, swimming pool, full day lounge, excellent kiddioes club, aquarium as well as several excellent onsite restaurants made it unnecessay to travel into Dubai frequently. A definate recommended option for families that is wil - Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai

  I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great gym too. - Everything from when we arrived at the airport ... what people say » with transportation to the hotel, to the housekeeping, and the staff were awesome. Everyone was very pleasant, and helpful. We will return in the future on our next trip to Dubai, and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

  Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.

Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)
