We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel) and the City-View are magnificient. The city-view-rooms are a bit ... what people say » larger because they don´t have a balcony. We like the beach-access although we swim in the infinity-pool or in the long pool of the Westin-Hotel. The - I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok. The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There is a variety of top restaurants. Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay with the hotel again in the future. - The beach was amazing...very clean and well organized placement of the reclining chairs; the beach bar service was spot on, and great access to water sports.

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  We enjoyed the setting of the hotel with very nice views. We had a sea view room but the view to the other side was also very good (pool, beach etc). The Waterpark, swimming pool, full day lounge, excellent kiddioes club, aquarium as well as several excellent onsite restaurants made it unnecessay to travel into Dubai frequently. A definate recommended option for families that is wil - Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai
