Attention to detail in every aspect of the quality of the accomodation. The cutlery was even lined up in one of the kitchen cupboards! Very well trained and presented staff for who nothing is too much trouble. Location is only 10 mins walk to Karama Metro. The location was perfect for us as it was near Al Karama shopping centre which was a key activity during our stay. We were also about a 10-15 min walk from the metro which enabled us to easily get to the other shopping malls and tourist attractions such as the Burj Khalifa. There is a great pool at the top of the hotel along with a gym which was never busy and looked very new.

The hotel was clean and very chic in decor in a location in easy walking distance of the shopping areas. The rooms are of optimum size, quite suitable for both business and family crowd,with all required amenities and free wifi. The management was very friendly ; the lady Barkha at the front desk was quite knowledgeable and well informed and she assisted me promptly on my reservation modifications ...in all i would say incredibly convenient and an ideal choice for the price they are offering!!

The price, room size, bath tube in the bathroom, room finishes, staff was very helpful (front desk little too slow, but all other staff very responsive). People complained in other comments about Disco noise and aircraft noise, but it wasn't issue for me. I could hear the dumb beats from downstairs but it wasn't a problem. Aircrafts were much noisier but they didn't disturb my stay and sleep either.

Kitchen is well-equipped, we can fully utilized.
