The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - Anonymous

The Staff where amazing and the Receptionist were so helpful, thank you for that. I would highly reccommend anyone travelling with older children to stay at The Address, we had connecting rooms which were so spacious and comfortable over looking the pool so we could keep an eye on the children from the room, very convenient. The hotel was quiet: Noise of the traffic didn't bother and there weren't noisy discos in the same building. The room was very cosy, which made us feel at home. Two pools (on first floor and on the roof) were not crowded in the morning or in the evening, when we used them. The restaurant was open 24/7 and offered the possibility to eat decently, if we weren't on the move. Excellent choice. - Anonymous
