The charm of the guesthouse. It's very tastefully decorated. We were on the ground floor, which was very convenient, especially with a lot of luggage. We had a small terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table, so we could read, have coffee outside our room and relax.

helpful and obliging. The breakfast was discounted for prior payment,
giving great value, a substantial variety, and convenience. The location

We are a married couple from Finland in our upper 40's. This hotel is located 30m from the Metro (which did NOT disturb us). Across the road was a modern shopping center with many fast food chains and indoor amusement park for kids. The hotel has a pleasant swimming pool area on the roof + a sauna and steam room. I stayed there twice. The deluxe room is larger. Both times the staff was friendly and the room is clean. Curtains and lights controlled electronically by digital panels. Rooms are airy and nice. Standard rooms are less noisy being away from the street. I stay there during a business trip. Free wifi.. Excellent price.. Does the job perfectly!

We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

We stayed in a studio apartment which had a kitchen and we found this useful for making our own breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and the sheets changed every day. It looked out on the busy Sheikh Zayed highway but the traffic noise was very muted. I would consider this hotel very good value for money. It is walking distance from the Metro, Dubai marina and beach.
