I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. There were good facilities within the hotel including a gym and a swimming pool on the terrace. The staff were extremely attentive and the facilities were regularly cleaned well. The location which is very near to Metro station, but a bit far from city center. It costs AED 95 for taxi fare from airport to hotel, and AED 70 to airport.
Close to food outlets such as subway and Burger King on the opposite road and Hot and Spicy and Western food outlet about 100 metres behind the hotel.
Cooking utensils are excellent with electric stove, microwave and big fridge, suits those who wishes to cook, at least for breakfast which not worth to pay at the hotel.

Nice hotel, located at the end of the Dubai Marina promenade walk. Walking distance to Marina Mall approx. 20 minutes. Walking distance to the closest beach (near the JBR walk) approx. 15 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest metro station (Jumeirah Lake Towers) approx. 15 minutes. Of course the Dubai taxi system is great (and cheap) so if you don't want to walk you can just take a taxi.

Great Value for money, great service. I've been to this hotel on more than 5 occasions and plan to continue spending my weekend breaks there.

it is very close ( ~15 m) to the subway station. You can go anywhere in Dubai with a station from here including Dubai Airport terminal 3. This is a no frills hotel and it fulfil our needs in Dubai at a budget. We had a quiet room with 3 beds with little noise from the night club below. The air conditioning works which is great in hot 40 C Dubai in Sept!

The location is great, as I like to be in the Dubai Marin area. Hotel staff is both profetional and friendly. Hotel amenities are good and rooms are beautifully furnished.
