it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien

I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. There were good facilities within the hotel including a gym and a swimming pool on the terrace. The staff were extremely attentive and the facilities were regularly cleaned well. The location which is very near to Metro station, but a bit far from city center. It costs AED 95 for taxi fare from airport to hotel, and AED 70 to airport.
Close to food outlets such as subway and Burger King on the opposite road and Hot and Spicy and Western food outlet about 100 metres behind the hotel.
Cooking utensils are excellent with electric stove, microwave and big fridge, suits those who wishes to cook, at least for breakfast which not worth to pay at the hotel.

Great Value for money, great service. I've been to this hotel on more than 5 occasions and plan to continue spending my weekend breaks there.
Al Ghurair Mall & Reef Mall are 3 minute walks away and there are a lot of restaurants to dine from in the Al Rigga area. There is a metro station right outside the hotel and ample access to supermarkets

it is very close ( ~15 m) to the subway station. You can go anywhere in Dubai with a station from here including Dubai Airport terminal 3. This is a no frills hotel and it fulfil our needs in Dubai at a budget. We had a quiet room with 3 beds with little noise from the night club below. The air conditioning works which is great in hot 40 C Dubai in Sept!
