  In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... what people say » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room. I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,, - I loved my two-day stay at this hotel.   The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 - Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

The apartment was luxurious and suited our family perfect, as it had 2 rooms with twin beds and not the usual double beds, as well as, boasting a massive master-bedroom - travelling with 3 teenagers this was important. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful. The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.
