The good: The rooms are outstanding in this hotel and a... what people say » re of very decent size, modern, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows and a spacious bathroom with an outstanding shower and amenities (aromat - the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely. - the staff go backward to serve the guests. - the pool area is magnificent. - the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too. -the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this. - it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai

  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... what people say » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room.   This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds).   A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.
