  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny.
