  The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel) and the City-View are magnificient. The - I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok. The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There is a variety of top restaurants.   I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... what people say » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days.   We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies.
