Good and quite location. Excellent spaceous rooms with very nicemodern furniture , nice bathrooms and complete kitchen . Wireless lanfor reasonable price.Breakfast included. Room cleaning and Towelschanged daily. The room was excellent layout and very clean. it had no view but i did not expect to get one. It was very close to a mosque so may be noisy if your room is at the front.

Second time I stayed there, the first time was 3 weeks. This time one week. Staff very welcoming, actually nice when one comes back. Great location but you have to have your own car. Friendly staff even at 3am check-in. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast wasn't the best one i've had (eggs, potato, macarone andmince meat) but still ok..Still I think that Internet should be included in the price , as it is very expensive. location was a bit dodgy was hard at times to get taxi. breakfast needs to be improved. The charge for internet per day is about £14.30 which is a bit steep as many apartments offer internet for free but this hotel would definitely be recommended.The service was pretty poor. Since the kitchenette was seriously lacking, we had to call down to ask for certain things once in a while, like a sharp knife to cut fruit or extra towels. But, it would always take 2 calls to get the job done. Something that shocked and annoyed me was that the place didn't have wash cloths!. hotel staff were not very dubai knowledgable, which made transport difficult.The wifi was rather expensive and hardly worked. The complaint about thesame was never attended to. restaurant is small, food was limited in variety, credit card was pre-auth though I called them while was in my way, description of location was not enough (it's behind Manazel Towers), didn't notice gym and facilities opened. new hotel that most of taxi drivers dont know the hotel specialy in airport. the resturant not clean becuse so many flying there. Not great location-not known to taxi drivers,far from city centre, I.ereliance on expensive taxis. Tv only in the living room-there shouldreally be one in the bedroom too. Twin beds should really have beenqueen beds, not singles for the money paid. Not great variety ofcable/sat tv-no sky!. Worst-room key activates power meaning when not inthe room, there is no power switching the fridge off!!. The Staff was not very professional.The Brakfast, was indian food. Poor breakfast, v. small breakfast room-maybe for 20 pax only,. faster service when called. not as described with balcony and meeting room;. The breakfast. I stayed there 3 weeks and found the staff sometimes very slow to respond to queries, such as my bedroom lock which didn't work or asking 5 times to get more coathangers. A place like this should have unlimited access to internet included in the price ( cost me AED 800 for unlimited monthly access). Slow service of the Engineering. Out of order washing machine was asked a lot of times for fixing however it was not serviced the soonest. Hotel staff have stinking attitude, we had to check out before the end of our stay to another hotel.Staff response very poor. Never get what you ask. Breakfast selection is very poor. slow responding of staff. The front desk staff were not helpful at all. The make no provisions for early arrival, I had to sit in the lobby from my arrival at 8:30 am until a room was ready at 2:00 pm. The toilet leaked all the time so the floor was always wet and the housekeeping staff would not replace all the towels or the toilet tissue. The washing machine leaked all over as well, and again staff didnt care. Floors not cleaned in bathrooms. Wardrobes not wiped inside.Rugs dirty and sticky.Reasonable place if it had been cheaper. 750 AED a night was steep.We should have opted for a one bed and taken an extra bed. There were 3 of us. The breakfasts were basically Indian food and the room service personnel speak very little English. You have to wait a while or walk a bit to get a taxi.reception staff are non prfesional non coaprative and rude at times,resturant small not so clean kitchen open no door. Cleanness, hair (from the past) was spread over the floor, especiallybathroom. Bed sheets were unwashed and dirty.Staff rudeness, manager unavailable, arguments amongst staff members on policies. Services. hotel staff very bad , not co-operative and pethatic also. I will never stay at the Zagy Arabian Suites again. The room was not clean, smelled awful and very noisy late at night (the first night). The room was not cleaned up when we came back to the hotel in the second evening. It was 11:45 pm.
