the rooms are big and lovely ,,the veiw was great too..fully equiped kitchen

i asked for a baby crib through ur site when booking but it wasn't provided..all taken they said...plus it was very difficult to find a taxi

Honestly, it really feels like 'Home Away from Home'. I dont think i can ever stay in a regualr, small hotel room ever again after staying at The Place.

No sign board for hotel name outside the enterance which make it difficult to know.

The location was really with great access to most place of interest in Dubai and the room (Apartment) were very spacious with nice setup and facilities

Although the breakfast was provided within the apartment rate, there was limites choices on the breakfast menu, a buffet type breakfast with more variaty will be more appropiate...

No internet connection in rooms, lounge furniture not comfortable (sofas obviously bought for appearance), pool closed for repair which is not a good impression for such a new development. Quality and choice of breakfast at external business not too great.

Close proximity to exhibition halls but difficult to get there by foot. The room was on the 28th floor with spectacular views and occupied two floors with kitchen/diner, lounge and seperate bedroom, ideal for long stays.

Apartm.ent was well equipped with good quality white goods. The facilities available were good.

Lounge furniture looked great but wasn't particulalry comfortable; the reception staff tried to be helpful but didn't appear to communicate well with each other as a couple of requests took a couple of days to fulfil (e.g. a corkscew 2 days and an additional key card didn't appear at all). The apartment was 3 bedrooms, but they didn't have facility for twin beds which is poor for familites.

The apartment was modern and a very nice split level design, one of the nicest I have seen in the UAE.

I did not know the hotel previously but I was not able to get through to the front desk to check its precise location consequently it took some time to find it. I don't know if this was a technical problem. In fact it was well located near the Fairmount. The breakfast included was good with waiter service but I was irritated when I asked for another coffee and was advised I would be charged!

What I liked the most is the very big windows as you have the impression to be in a bigger room than the one you are actually in.

Small windows - was expecting floor to ceiling. Was on 31st floor - any lower would have been noisy from all night construction in adjacent sites

Its location, apartment was fully equipped and nicely furnished/ decorated.

There is a very little lobby, there is no hotel dining room for breakfast with variety of selection but the hotel is linked to a cafe "Casper and Gambini" and the breakfast vouchers were limited to 3 options! There is no wireless internet service in the room but only by the swimming pool! The staff were a bit unfriendly and could serve better.

reception is on the fifith floor. No vallet parking and not easy to get to the parking area since you have to drive a distance

The swimming pool was unavailable. There is no restaurant or breakfast facility in the hotel. Only adjacent, charge cannot be transfered to the hotel bill. The noise of surrounding construction work is horrible.

the reception is awful, the staff are not professional, no valet service, they give only one access card per room which is not practical.

Spacious rooms.

1.Difficult to find the parking area for a new comer. Valet parking is desirable at the time of checking in. 2. Asking the guest to sign twice, pre and post authorisation with writing ' Please debit my account' on the credit card voucher is not correct practice as there is a possibility of duplication of payment. One hour of my time was wasted as the manager was very adament.

1) The reception staff were unhelpful and quite rude when they made a mistake on our booking (they told us when we arrived that they did not have any rooms with twin beds for the children, as requested). 2) The pool was unheated - this probably wouldn't matter in the summer, but in December the pool area gets little sunshine (due to all the towers around it) and the water was v cold

nothing the stuff were very roud and the security was very complecated and was not good at all.

i didnt like anything in the hotel and the stuff were very roud and not helpfull at all.. i wont think even to go back to the hotel..
