I like everything about Ramada Hotel in Burdubai.Location, excellent Restaurants, Very good service, good and clean rooms. One of the best staff at reception. The Girls are very polite and serve you with smile.The Dynesty Chinese Restaurant is one of the best chinese Restaurant in town. You get Hoegarten Belgium beer in the Pub on mezzn floor.Wonderful. Really happy with the level of service of the staff in reception, door staff and dining areas. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel accomdated our request for an early check-in which I was happy with. Our room was very spacious and clean and ideally located within a short walking distance to Meena Bazaar. I would stay here again if I re-visited Dubai.
all reviews » Well as a loyal customer to Ramada Bur Dubai hotel, i could just say that their service gets better and better every day. Really great staff and a great place. I loved in particular how the hotel responded to my previous requests and allowed free internet for their guests. There is no reason for me to stay anywhere else when i drop by Dubai !. It's hard to list the things I liked about this hotel because I loved everything about this hotel. Excellent staff who are very friendly, managers: Mr Gamal and Miss Ester who are always on duty and are more than happy to help you. Room Service who are always greeting you with a smile, security who are very polite and active. The hotel is in an excellent location in Bur Dubai close to the creek, souks and metro station, making it easy to get around. The parking is free and located adjacent to the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed even if the decor was a bit out of date. Overall, an excellent staff who were helpful and anxious to help. I always stay there and it is an excellent hotel. The staff is always top notch and friendly. Never had a problem with check-in. The area is close to everything which is the biggest plus for me. You have everything within walking distance so there is no need to worry if you have forgotten something once you have arrived. Liked the ample size of the rooms and generally impressed with the level of service, staff and facilities. Wi-fi was spot on despite a couple of reviews to the contrary. Palatial surroundings but the location let the hotel down a bit as not many taxi drivers knew where the hotel was situated. Easy check in and check out,friendly and always smiling satff, good location, 24 hours supermart few steps away from hotel, fast food like KFC, McDonalds and Pizzat hut on walking distance of 2 minutes, metro station not too far, always easy to get the cab..what else do you need from a hotel. Designed to be comfortable & good for relaxing. I recommend this hotel. As always the staff were excellent. There was a bit of a mix up at check-in as the staff couldn't locate the booking. This was resolved quickly and a room was prepared immediately, even though I was at the hotel a hour before the 1400 check in time. We requested this each day of our stay on the last night received slippers however we only received one bathrobe. The fruit basket was delivered the following da. I just wish that the complimentary wifi which is available in the lobby for only one hour would be extended for 24 hours. This way you do not have to go to the front desk and ask for new Internet code. This is just a suggestion which all Ramada chains are offering!. Balcony doors didn't open. The music from the foyer could be heard in the room which could be a bit annoying at times..especially if you're trying to sleep through a hangover but otherwise the stay was excellent. Problem with door access key, stair case in the room is not safe for a family like us who has two year old baby. We used to block the way of staircase by putting crib in front of it. No free internet in rooms. Nothing. Free internet was limited, only two hours in the loby, and costs more than 100 dirhams for 24 hours in the room!. This hotel, as well as others, really need to understand that they need to offer free wifi. The hotel does offer free internet in the lobby with a voucher which is valid for an hourr. Then you need to ask for another voucher, which they always do with a smile. But, paid internet service is ridiculously expensive. If they offer unlimited free internet in lobby,why do they need to charge for internet in the rooms. Piped music in breakfast restaurant - too loud and intrusive. Temporary inconvenience whilst refurbishment carried out to Victoria Pub. The cost for the internet is far too high and the speed is slow, the cost either needs reduced dramatically or It should be free for guests and costed for visitors. I wished I didnt have to come down to the lobby to access Wi-Fi. WIFI must be free for all guests. Otherwise no fun to stay at the hotel. There was some sort of construction on the outside of the hotel, and the room I was staying at, you could hear the noise. I usually sleep till late since on a vacation, but in the mornings you could hear the noise from the construction. There is no valley parking Toilets are very small in the rooms. You just have 2 hours internet gor free each day and need ti ask for a daily code. Nothing!. wifi not free in the room. Having to pay extra for breakfasts, and extra for internet. Most hotels now include both in their prices, why not the Ramada??? Pity the bar has gone all Belgium, the Old Vic was always an attraction. Room prices are high. Deluxe rooms without breakfast are affordable but they are mostly not available. Nothing in particular. Normal gripe, Internet is too expensive and slow with it. Breakfast not included. nothing at all. As a smoker, there are no smoking areas in the bar although this could be viewed as positive by some, for me it was a negative point. The reception desk girls are very tired looking, not smile, a little rough and kind of unpleasant. The KSL beauty salon did some hair style and curling, but didn't properly performed the chemicals on hair and my wife was complain about it this morning, the curling was supposed to be for 3-4 months but it didn't last more than 5 days. Inadequate advertising and marketing for locating the hotel easily by first timers. Our taxi driver from Abu Dhabi had to ask his contacts frequently to locate the hotel. More aggressive advertisement recommended. Too much sports on the cable. Every thing was perfect and improving. Seating arrangement and the location of the TV is not user friendly. TV is faced towards the bed. In-room Internet charges are too high. Nothing. No tissues in the room -. The bathroom too small. I didn't see toothbrush!. 1.not the best in terms of cleaness. 2.a little old. 3.no nightlife in the hotel. 4.no top facilities. Swimming pool and the area surrounding it is small and shaded by late afternoon. Internet charge is little high. The parking is out side the hotel. lobby is not comfort.
