This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. We have stayed here a few times now and every room that we have had has been of very high quality - we only book a "standard" room but it really is quite luxurious. All in all the perfect spot to relax for a couple of days and we look forward to our next visit.

the hotel is in a great location .. the rooms were excellent with a great view of the creek and the seaplanes.. we dined at the thai restaurant and the food was really good.. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly Marina view is very cool

Small Swimming pool and its covered by trees, so was hard to find sun places. difficult to get local cabs and hotel taxis are well over priced

very expensive. my Rate was 3600 Aed when next evening Saturday was only 1900 Aed. I have to admit , I was shocked and sad about it. the difference in the amount is enormous.

Loved staying in this hotel, wish we had longer there. Luxurious, fab location and even though the hotel was full it was quiet and private.

All the staff were courteous and friendly and could not do enought to help. A modern 5 star hotel which fully deserved its rating. The quality and service in allthe restaurants on site could not be faulted

The only minor complaint was that our suite was a fair distance from the lobby and restaurants. It is a big complex well spread out

It was an amazing hotel. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite upon arrival and it was fantastic. The service and decor were perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

Sadly for myself & my husband our stay was only for two nights en route to Australia, I would have loved to have tried all the restaurants that were available to us and manage to have some treatments as well. We will return in the near future.

The interior design, the view, the location the peace.

I had to wait 20 minutes for check in because my booking at bookings.com was not confirmed. They asked me to go online and try to confirm it but the internet at the business center was out of order. It was a really disappointing welcome, even if they apologised and offered us a bottle of wine.

The design of the hotel is very calm. We booked park grand room, but they upgraded our room to a suit. Our room was on the ground floor with access to outdoor, dubai marina on the creek. It was a great view.

The buffet breakfast was good but not to the expectation.

The entire staff where so pleasant and professional, I liked the expanse of the Hotel nice walk ways, rooms spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this Hotel

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

As everyone says, it is a bit of a maze. But worth getting to understand your way around. I had just a few minor issues which were resolved swiftly.

The resort was spotless with excellent facilities.

Getting around the resort is a bit tedious you can get lost in the maze of corridors and passages between different sections.

Brilliant for a winter sunshine break. The surroundings are peaceful to recharge the batteries in luxury. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the hotel is very large with lots of quiet secluded areas to relax.

The last time we stayed - we where extremely impressed with everything - this time the standard was not as high, Pool service slow, room did not seem very clean. Check in and bellboys were excellent again.

There was a major problem since there were renovation works around the pool area and no information about it was available neither on Booking site neither on the hotel website

Location and most of hotel on the ground floor level. Excellent Thai restaurant though poor choice of restaurants

Having been given a fixed price by letsbookhotel.com I was greeted by a surcharge on the room and told it was not their fault but letsbookhotel.com The whole incident - which I had to pay for - was a rip off that left a very sour taste in my mouth. All round an awful experience but an enjoyable hotel.
