- Great location (2 minutes from metro station, well priced restaurants across the street, 2 supermarkets neraby) - Spacious, clean room, strong signal free wireless internet, OK amenities, courteous staff (and very helpful with all info required, including day trips, local info, etc) - Great price/special offer on letsbookhotel.com (about 1100 AED + tax for 5 nights, rack rate is 1200 AUE/night). Hotel honoured the booking reservation/rate even though they did not receive the confirmation from letsbookhotel.com

Everything was excellent. Advantage is that the hotel is close to the subway. Coffee and tea in the room. Comfortable bathroom with amenities, big enough room. Free internet.

Nice service, upgraded because of unavailable room. Very helpful crew.

Small thing:broken light bulb, no bathtub plug, trash forgotten, pool under construction.

Everything is fine in this hotel , 5 minutes walking to metro station , fast check in and out , very clean hotel , staff helping us all the time , the lebanese girl Falak in reception is very nice , actually I will come again and again to this hotel .

The entrance for this hotel should be in front side of the road , not back side .

Comfortable bed and pillows Good location, very close to the Metro Nice little spa with a great therapist who did my reflexology,

Bathroom extremely small and had bathtub/shower instead of walkin shower only. On Checkin 4 Filipino ladies, the one I approached was busy but instead of addressing me personally and referring me to one of her staff members, she told one of them to check me in, not very professional! One of the power plugs hung of the wall, was only fixed after I reported it although the cleaners had been in the room and seen it.

i like the new look of the hotel ans the style

The staff are new and not used to handle the new system as well. الموظفون جدد ولايوجد تبادل للمعلومات فيما بينهم..حجزت عن طريق بوكينغ ودفعت ولم اجد منهم اي رد على ان المبلغ تم دفعه..وعند وصولي لم يمكن هنالك اثبات اني دفعت سوى الايميل الذي قمت انا بإرساله لهم للتأكد من انه تم الدفع .

The room was clean and everything was available (hair dryer, iron, WiFi internet, room service). The location was good also, 2 minutes walk from a metro station.

Breakfast was not included. Balcony but no view.

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)

الفندق تم تجديده بالكامل وأعجبني الديكور الإنجليزي و النظافة وقربه من شارع الشيخ زايد وكذلك السعر كان مناسب عن طريق بوكينق لأن سعر الفندق العادي للغرفه 1200 درهم

الموظفين غير مدربين و خصوصاً موظفي ترتيب الغرف غير مؤهلين وتعاملهم سيء طلبت غسيل للملابس مستعجل وتأخروا بتسليم الملابس من 4 العصر حتى 2 صباحاً قابلت المدير الأستاذ علي جداً متعاون وتعامله كان رائع قام بتعويضنا بليله مجاناً بسبب أكثر من شكوى ضد تعامل موظفيه

I like

only the the staff whose not in the reception all the reception and the managment were not skilled enough to serve the coustomers well. I like one guy who were trying so hard to serve us best his name is Ameer. I will not go back again to the hotel with the same managment.

كان قيمه الإفطار جيده بالنسبه للفنادق الثانية

لا يوجد حمام سباحه مغلق للصيانة لمده شهرين والاستقبال لم يكن متعاون أبدا ولكن المدير جداً متعاون معانا

Too much noise and the website never munsging there's a nightclub close . I didn't like it !
