There were good facilities within the hotel including a gym and a swimming pool on the terrace. The staff were extremely attentive and the facilities were regularly cleaned well. We stayed in a grand suite on the 4th floor. The porter, Monir, was extremely helpful, polite and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for him. I have been to Dubai on many occasions and have stayed in various parts of Dubai but must admit that this has been a very good experience for me and my young family. Wo.

The hotel offers a very good value for money especially that our booking for a family room has been upgraded for executive suite. The breakfast is good and their lunch and dinner is affordable. Its cost is very reasonable, friendly & very cooperative staffs (Reception "Nasrodeen, Mary, Imran, & Ramond, reservation (KIM), restaurant, and housekeeping). The room is very spacious, clean, bathroom is clean and modern; it has a high pressure shower. Everything is perfect. I did enjoy my stay 110%, and I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Dubai in the future. Excellent value for money, front desk was always ready to help with any queries. When we arrived bell boy came with a juice which we felt that the hotel was ready to welcome us. The best part is the metro station and the mall near by. The hotel is also close to shopping centres (2 mins walk) and two metro stations (5-10 mins), offering easy access to the green and red lines. Landmark Riqqa is a nice, clean family hotel very close to the Al Ghurair Mall and the Ettihad Metro Station. Upon arrival, they offered to transfer us to a different location, but we declined. They were kind enough to upgrade one of our regular rooms to a one bedroom. Hotel is clean and well kept and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The service from the staff who cleans the 4th floor, in this case Mohamed Monir was excellent. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful. The same for Miss Anne from the breakfast area. I give both of them high stars for excellent guest service skills. i stayed there for 17 days where i felt so comfortable that i never taught of changing the hotel. the reception staff nurodin imran and other indian lady the bellboy in the morning are very helpfull. i will be visiting again in the mid of january. so see you again.
