I liked the way I was treated. This was my 4th stay in Dubai and never before had I experienced more helpful and friendly staff. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff very friendly and helpfull. Overall. Everything is great at the hotel especially the front desk particullary Sidharth. He helped us for every concerns we had and gave valuable information about the city where and what to find.

Location wise perfect for Dubai tourist as near to Bus, Metro & water taxi transport. The room service was excellent and the hotel location gives good shopping oppoertunity. Very Convenient location,near creek. Value for money. Shall stay next time here only. I liked the atm0sphere and m0st of all your cleanlines was just excelent. This is a good hotel for leisure travelers. Very convenient for shopping. Atmosphere in the Lobby is horrible, Lifts are cramped. There should be proper control of Lobby. I had Bad experience too in the Lobby, my wife was teased right in the Lobby. There are lot of Blue collar workers entering the lobby only to create nuisance. Crowded lobby, at times. The price was higher then I thought it would be. Different to the quote on your site. I.e taxes.. I think you should be clear in quoting online. Airport transfers to be free. The club and the dance bar noise kept us awake for a long time. There should be good pointers leading to the hotel as traffic is too high. We were placed in non-smoking area but in my surprise the other room next to us kinda opened their door where guest are smoking inside. The corridor is smelling cigarette smoke.in non-smoking area,. Seems overall rundown. Interiors need to be refurbished. Alcohol rates are too high. Many people come for relaxation. Upto early morning 4.00am too much noice and i cant sleep. The location The noise The nightclub on the first floor was very loud and ran into the early mornings. People outside were then loud and noisy. The hotel has a tex-mex restaurant and very hard music till 3 am. Night bars not comfortable with family. Room is average. The location is not very good - very noisy streets and bad restaurants around hotel. In the rooms they are not providing toiletries like moisture,comb etc,as I have traveled Singapore and Malaysia such type of items had been provided in the rooms,Secondly in the room rate breakfast should be included. Each item chargeable like.. sleeper, saving kit , drinking water ..etc... and I am told to room service man please clean to room no. 217 but no any action , this is very bed... Did not allow guests. Clenliness in room, amneties in room. All are very minimum and reduced matching the low room price. Faculties are so poor (Old). Entrance of the Hotel is filled with street girls (Prostitutes). I will not recommend this hotel for the Families. Dance bar music is irritating throughout the night. Entrance is full of prostitutes so better families to avoid. Environment, Not for decent family to stay,. old style hotel..even no complimentary tea coffe..room slippers.i found used water bottle for complimentary..the wrost part is the night club..playing loud music until 3am..i couldn't sleep because of that.. didn't like anything. No lady guest allowed so check before u book, is home to biggest pick up bar all around pros butno lady guest funny isn it drama. I will not book in this hotel again. the attitude of most of the staffs though there were few good staff too but overall they need to learn hospitality.
